Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. After this timeframe, we unfortunately cannot offer any support.
To report a defect, please email us at thegirlinloveshop@gmail.com with the following:
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
Once we review your request, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue — either by repair, replacement, or store credit (case by case).
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Please note: If your item is made to order or personalized, it cannot be modified, canceled, or returned once the order is placed. Double-check all custom info (like names, dates, ink colors, sizes, etc.) before submitting your order.
